We
will evaluate any additional training that
you, as an individual, may require and as
such may extend these days as required to
ensure that you have the knowledge to be
successful in this industry. We will also
be conducting periodic training sessions
on a vast array of subjects including both
hands-on functions and business operational
procedures that may make your job easier.
Whilst in your induction
training an operative from CPR will be marketing
your area to ensure that clientele are in
place once you are ready to start operating
your own business.
What sort of work can you expect as
a franchisee?
Most of the projects incorporate
works that you are probably doing around
the house right now – such as lawn
and garden care, painting, minor carpentry,
gardening, sprinklers, landscaping and tiling
to name a few – and if you can’t
do these works initially we will provide
you with assistance from those that can
– this will enable you to learn on
the job.
The nature of this system
of presenting houses for sale provides you
with an opportunity to gain additional incomes
from the sale of required products –
as an example – a home may require
new carpet. In this instance you simply
measure the carpet area, present an option
from our range and qualified installers
will do the rest – and you receive
a commission for this service.
What is the role of the Franchisor?
It is CPR’s Support
Centre role to provide you with marketing
and support strategies to enhance your business
operations. We provide this by actively
promoting in your individual area with a
marketing system that is at the forefront
of the industry. (Should you progress further
with your inquiry you will receive this
information.)
A simple example of these strategies
can be seen in this web-site.
The cpr.net.au web site
is designed to provide new workloads and
is not focusing on franchise information
– as most other franchise web sites
do.
The Central Support Centre
The Support Centre will
receive calls through the 1300 number or
email – these will be forwarded directly
to the relevant area for prompt response.
Small workshop at home
– not a problem! In addition to our
in-house training and support facilities,
we have also set up a fully functional workshop
area that can be utilized by any franchisee
– at no additional cost.
